From Vibe to Verified

Anyone can build an AI tool now. Proving it belongs in production is the hard part.

A working prototype takes a weekend. What it does not take is responsibility for what happens when that prototype touches real patients, real records, and real decisions. Siftia verifies healthcare AI against the engineering disciplines that separate a convincing demo from a system a clinician will sign their name to.

AI is a substrate, not an oracle

The story of the moment is that everyone needs to learn to prompt. We do not buy it. After thousands of hours building with these tools, the bottleneck is almost never the prompt. It is three things underneath it: the model does not know what your organization knows, its outputs do not flow back into the systems where your people work, and no one can verify the output is good enough to act on.

None of those are prompt problems. They are data-engineering problems. Classical data engineering is deterministic, the same input giving the same auditable output every time. AI layers probability on top, so the same question can return two plausible answers, neither provable. That is why a trust layer is no longer optional: you have to govern not just the data, but the interpretation.

The three disciplines of production-ready AI

Knowledge. The curated, governed data your AI works from, not a pot of files thrown at a model.

Connections. Read-and-write wiring into the systems where work happens, the interoperability layer built on HL7 FHIR, X-Road, and standards-based exchange.

Trust. The verification and audit layer that governs probabilistic output, so a serious person will put their name on it.

Before you scale any AI tool, ask three questions: who is curating its data, who is wiring its outputs back into your systems, and who is verifying those outputs are good enough to sign your name to? If the answer is no one yet, you do not have an adoption problem. You have an engineering problem you have not named yet.

We meet that problem with four fixed-scope, senior-led engagements:

  • AI Readiness Assessment. A board-ready Evidence Pack scoring Knowledge, Connections, and Trust, with a readiness rating and a 30/60/90-day plan.
  • AI Prototype Verification Sprint (Vibe to Verified). We validate and harden a prototype or vendor tool for production and deliver a verification report and remediation plan.
  • FHIR Starter Audit. The Connections discipline in depth, assessed against HL7 FHIR R4 with a gap analysis and roadmap.
  • AI Innovation Readiness Workshop. A working session for teams without a defined use case yet.
